This place is amazing! I was looking for a Russian manicure nearby my apartment and found blue pearl and it did not disappoint! Their attention to detail was amazing (I’ve had several Russian manicures some better than others) & tuni and Sammy were both so welcoming. Small spot and they do not rush so it’s definitely not quick but the quality shows ;)
